Required Deposits

  • Security Deposit: $500
    Applicants Approved with Condition Deposit Will Equal 1 Month’s Rent.

    Deposit Alternatives Available, Coverage Limit Based on Credit, Call for Details

Required Fees

  • Application Fee: $50 (per applicant)
  • Amenity Fee: $300 (one time)

Optional Fees – Pet 

  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 5% of Rent of lease rent amount
  • Early Lease Termination: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable.
  • Transfer Fee: 1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent
  • NSF Fee: $25
  • Replacement/Additional Access Card: $50
  • Lockout Fee: $25

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Gas: TBD (Heat only) paid along with rent
  • Cable/Internet: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider
  • Trash Fee: $12/mo
Note: Please be advised that there maybe other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
